Mindful Health Cancellation policy:
You may withdraw your application up to three months prior to the retreat commencement date at which point you will be offered a refund, minus a £100 administration fee. Alternatively you may wish to credit the amount you have paid, less a £100 administration fee, against a future retreat.
If you cancel your place within three months of the retreat commencement date, no refund will be offered unless we are able to reallocate your place to someone on the waiting list, in which case we will refund all monies less an administration fee of £100.
If the reason for cancelling within three months is through ill health or similar, we will consider crediting you with an amount to set against a future retreat which will be the amount you have paid less any costs that we have incurred including a £100 administration charge. We will require evidence of the reason for cancellation, and the decision will be at our discretion. That credit must be used within 18 months.
In the unlikely event that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the retreat has to be cancelled by us, we will refund any fees paid to us by participants. Our liability is limited to refunding only our event fees, and not any additional costs you may have incurred.
