1. Karunavira teaching a simple practice of Do-in and Mindful Chi Kung.
2. A film demonstrating a selection of 8 Chi Kung movements taken from ‘Shi-ba-shi’ (the ‘garland of 18’ chi-kung movements with the breath). This guidance is to support people using Chi Kung as a form of Mindful Movement in connection with their MBSR and/or MBCT, 8-week courses and their Home Practice based on this.
